Who can apply

निर्धारित अवधि (सामान्यतः 10+ वर्ष, या राज्य में जन्म) से असम में रह रहे व्यक्ति आवेदन कर सकते हैं। मतदाता सूची, भूमि अभिलेख या विद्यालय प्रमाण पत्र जैसे निवास साक्ष्य आवश्यक हैं।
